MMA Conditioning

MMA conditioning program is a class set to put students in fighting shape made for competition. The conditioning programs go into plyometrics, weight training and other active
drills made for the competition for MMA, Jiu-jitsu and other active sports. The class will either go into circuits and/or rounds. Not only will this train the student's body for readiness but also in the mental aspect of competition and fitness

We teach Jiu-jitsu for adults, teens, and children to defend themselves against stronger and larger attackers. We use the philosophies, moral codes, and the Art of Jiu-jitsu as a guide to direct the youth down an honorable path.
